Description
Are your students struggling to study effectively? Many students’ academic struggles may be attributed to a lack of executive functioning skills, specifically knowing how to study effectively.
Executive functions are a set of mental skills that include working memory, flexible thinking, and self-regulation. They are the bridge between social and emotional learning (SEL) and academic content teaching.
